Just 16 moves and 100% bodyweight – no equipment required.
- Run In Place – 45 seconds
- Jump Rope – 40 reps
- Pushups – 5 reps
- Jump Tucks – 10 reps
- Burpees – 10 reps
- Spiderman Pushups – 10x
- Side to Side Jump Rope – 40x
