Intense Cardio In Just 15 Minutes

All you’ll need is 15 minutes and some floor space for this intense cardio workout. It is free on my site, along with more than a dozen other workouts. 

The Workout:

Just 16 moves and 100% bodyweight – no equipment required.

  1. Run In Place – 45 seconds
  2. Jump Rope – 40 reps
  3. Pushups – 5 reps
  4. Jump Tucks – 10 reps
  5. Burpees – 10 reps
  6. Spiderman Pushups – 10x
  7. Side to Side Jump Rope – 40x
